The TeleTracking IQ® platform automatically ends the session for users who have been inactive for the time configured by the administrators.
Why Is Inactivity Sign Out Important?
This feature keeps patient information secure should the application be left open on an unattended workstation.
How to Avoid Inactivity Sign Out
- Five minutes before the time that your session will be ended automatically, a warning dialog box appears and counts down the minutes and seconds remaining in your session.
- Select the Continue Session button to dismiss the dialog box and restart the session timer without being signed out.
The dialog box is dismissed and you can continue working.
