Why Open Multiple IQ Platform Tabs?
The TeleTracking IQ® platform does several different kinds of tasks as represented by the tabs appearing on the Home page:
- Access - Facilitates the movement of patients into and out of your health system.
- On Call - Identifies, contacts, and schedules the on-call clinicians for specific service lines and facilities.
- Analytics - Generate reports based on up-to-date data gathered from the TeleTracking® applications that your organization has implemented.
- Admin - Configures your TeleTracking IQ® platform so that others in your organization can use it to perform their work.
If your health system has a license to more than one type of functionality, and you have the required roles, you may want to have several of the above tabs open at the same time in order to move seamlessly between different workflows.
How to Simultaneously Open Multiple IQ Platform Tabs
- Sign into the TeleTracking IQ® platform using the username and password that your administrator gave you to display the TeleTracking IQ® platform Home page.
- In the TeleTracking IQ® platform header, select the tab and option that corresponds to the workflow you want, such as On Call > Clinicians.
- To open another tab in a different workflow, in the TeleTracking IQ® platform header, select the Open New IQ Tab link which is next to your name. The Open New IQ Tab link is available from any of the pages that you can select in the TeleTracking IQ® platform navigation options.
- A new tab appears in your browser displaying the Home page of the TeleTracking IQ® platform.
- On the new Home page, select another tab and option, such as Access > Transfers.
- Your selection replaces the Home page in your browser tab.
Now, two browser tabs are open displaying two different TeleTracking IQ® platform workflows, On Call and Transfers.
