Why Is the Default Locale Important?
The Default Locale setting affects the language and date format that is displayed on the SynapseIQ® Enterprise Solution user interface and in the SynapseIQ® Enterprise Solution reports.
Who Can View the Default Locale?
Customer administrators can view the Default Locale.
Who Can Configure the Default Locale?
Your TeleTracking representative can configure the Default Locale.
How to View the Default Locale
- Go to Admin> Settings > Platform Settings to display the Manage Settings page.
- Under General Settings the Default Locale field displays one of the following:

en-US - For English-speaking users in the United States.

en-GB - For English-speakingusers in Great Britain.

de-DE - For German-speaking users in Germany.
