Public IP Address, SSL Certifications, Whitelisting, and Apple® Push Service
Review the following information with TeleTracking when setting up networking.
Whitelisting |
To provide optimal performance, TeleTracking recommends excluding the following addresses from firewall restrictions, content filtering, web proxies, SSL encrypt/decrypt, and packet or threat-management inspection.
Email/Website Domains: TeleTracking.app *.TeleTracking.app *.cl-teletracking.com *.auth0.com *.id-teletracking.com (this will allow our engineers to log in when on site, for training, etc...) SynapseIQ.teletracking.com *.intercom.io |
IP Address Range Used by the Apple® Push Service | The IP address range for the Apple Push Service is subject to change. TeleTracking expects providers to connect by hostname rather than by IP address. The push service uses a load-balancing scheme that yields a different IP address for the same hostname. However, the entire 17.0.0.0/8 address block is assigned to Apple. Therefore, you can specify that range in your firewall rules. |
