Public IP Address, SSL Certifications, Whitelisting, and Apple® Push Service

Review the following information with TeleTracking when setting up networking.

Whitelisting

To provide optimal performance, TeleTracking recommends excluding the following addresses from firewall restrictions, content filtering, web proxies, SSL encrypt/decrypt, and packet or threat-management inspection.

Email/Website Domains:

TeleTracking.app

*.TeleTracking.app

*.cl-teletracking.com

*.auth0.com

*.id-teletracking.com (this will allow our engineers to log in when on site, for training, etc...)

SynapseIQ.teletracking.com

*.intercom.io

IP Address Range Used by the Apple® Push Service The IP address range for the Apple Push Service is subject to change. TeleTracking expects providers to connect by hostname rather than by IP address. The push service uses a load-balancing scheme that yields a different IP address for the same hostname. However, the entire 17.0.0.0/8 address block is assigned to Apple. Therefore, you can specify that range in your firewall rules.
