Test System Requirement

A test system that TeleTracking can use to verify TeleTracking products and to verify connectivity between the client organization and TeleTracking software is required. The test system must be used before the TeleTracking IQ® platform is deployed to the client organization's production system. This is part of preparing your organization to use the TeleTracking IQ® platform.

Cloud-Hosted Capacity Management Suite™ Solution Requirements

When the Capacity Management Suite® solution is cloud-hosted, some components still must be installed on-premise to facilitate data transfer. Some of the components that must be on-premise are listed in the table below.
